We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Store Team Member / <PERSON> to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping or food orders to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
• Support food preparation, serving, and food safety standards within the café or retail space.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves or food items efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle cash register operations with basic math skills to process payments confidently.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment following food handling and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products or menu items and offering helpful recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math tasks.
• Experience in food service or café environments such as barista work or food preparation is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, serving standards, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking effectively.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to sales, food industry standards, and customer service.
