Storekeeper

JOB SUMMARY

To ensure reasonable quantity of stock for required spare parts, materials and other requirement for day-to-day operations. Ensure the received parts from the supplier are in good condition and are correct in quantity. Issue requested part to the right person only

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible in maintaining adequate and reasonable quantity of parts in store to ensure the continuity of supplies required by production and maintenance.

· Ensure that the actual received parts are in good condition and the quantity is correct by comparing of LPO and Quotation

· Issuance of requested parts.

· Regular verification of stock and make an order when necessary.

· Storekeeper will prepare LPO.

· Responsible for the preparation of Stock on hand reports, Critical / Fast moving Spare parts Analysis and Stock Movement Reports.

Qualifications and Education: At least holder of High School Diploma and/or equivalent

Experience Requirement/s: With at least a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience.

Technical Competencies: Ability to read, write and speak English, Arabic is an advantage.
