Position Overview
The Store Keeper is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in the warehouse. This role ensures stock accuracy, supports daily deliveries to branches, and maintains proper records in the inventory system, while following company standards for safety, hygiene, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Operations

Receive deliveries of raw materials, packaging, and consumables; check quality and quantity against delivery notes.

Store items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

Prepare and issue materials for branch orders as instructed by the Supply Chain Supervisor.
Inventory & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP or manual system.

Update bin cards/stock records after each transaction.

Participate in cycle counts and assist in investigating discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance

Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.

Follow health and safety standards (PPE use, clear aisles, safe stacking).

Handle goods in line with food safety guidelines (HACCP).
Support to Warehouse Operations

Operate material handling tools (trolleys, pallet jacks) as trained.

Assist in loading/unloading trucks with care.

Report any damaged, expired, or missing items immediately.
Qualifications & Experience
-
High school diploma or technical certificate (preferred: training in warehouse/inventory).

1–2 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations (FMCG/food industry preferred).

Basic computer and ERP skills for stock recording.

Physically fit and able to lift/handle goods safely.
