We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, receive and issue materials, and ensure that stock levels are maintained accurately. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining order and efficiency in the store or warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue items to departments based on authorized requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reorder stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding material requirements.
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic audits.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is required for this role.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree holder in Storekeeping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar warehouse/store role.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, ERP/inventory software preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physically fit to handle store activities.
