Position: Storekeeper
Department: Construction / Project Site
Location: Project Site
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferred in Civil / Construction Projects)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Knowledge of MS Office & Inventory Software is must)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage project site inventory, including materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials as per purchase orders.
- Prepare and update Material Inward & Outward registers in the system.
- Issue materials to site staff based on approved material requisition slips.
- Maintain daily stock reports and update records in Excel / Inventory Management Software.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely material requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits, identify shortages, and report discrepancies.
- Ensure safe storage of materials, proper stacking, and labeling.
- Maintain records of material movement, returnable and non-returnable items.
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation accurately.
- Monitor consumption of materials to avoid wastage and ensure cost control.
- Assist in reconciliation of material statements during billing.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Email, and inventory software.
- Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, fittings, etc.).
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and support site engineers effectively.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
