Storekeeper

Machinery Enterprises, LLC, a leading Building & Construction Materials Trading company based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Storekeeper to join our dynamic team.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

1) A degree or certification

2) A minimum of 2 years experience in storekeeping in inventory control or recordkeeping

3) Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Inventory management systems

4) Monitor stock levels and initiate requisitions for new orders to replenish stock.

5) Store items in designated areas, ensuring labeling and organization for easy access.

6) Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store.

7) Inspecting and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape

8) Generate reports including material received reports to document all stock movements and activity.

9) A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

10) Maintain a clean, safe and storage area in accordance with safety procedure.

11) Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties assigned.
