Storekeeper

We are seeking a minimum one year experience, organized and dependable Storekeeper to manage materials, tools, and consumables in our steel fabrication facility. This role is critical to supporting production by ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and safe storage of steel products and fabrication supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming steel materials, components, hardware, and consumables
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of steel plates, beams, pipes, fittings, welding supplies, and other fabrication materials
• Track inventory using manual logs and/or inventory management software
• Prepare and issue materials to fabrication teams according to production needs and work orders
• Maintain accurate stock levels; communicate shortages or replenishment needs to Purchasing
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with quarterly/annual inventory audits
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse/storage area
• Handle returns, damaged materials, and discrepancies following company procedures
• Ensure materials are handled and stored according to weight limits, safety protocols, and fabrication requirements

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
