  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, issue, and track all goods; maintain accurate stock records and perform regular audits.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, initiate reorders when needed (using minimum/maximum limits), and manage stock rotation (e.g., First-In, First-Out).
  • Organization & Safety: Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health/safety regulations.
  • Logistics: Process deliveries, check for damages/discrepancies, prepare items for dispatch, and handle movement of materials.
  • Documentation: Generate reports (like Material Received Reports), document all transactions, and ensure proper paperwork.
  • Coordination: Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure smooth supply flow.
  • Supervision: (For senior roles) Manage stock clerks and ensure smooth daily store operations.
