Job Summary

Nirvana Lifespaces is looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage material inventory for Residential and Commercial projects. The role involves complete control of site stores, ensuring accurate material handling, documentation, and coordination with site and HO teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations at residential and commercial project sites
• Receive construction materials as per Purchase Orders, verify quantity & quality, and prepare GRNs
• Issue materials against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS)
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inward–outward records, and consumption reports
• Handle inventory records using SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and safety compliance of materials
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
• Monitor and control material wastage, pilferage, and shortages
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, Accounts, and HO teams
• Maintain records for tools, consumables, and returnable materials
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site discipline

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction materials used in residential & commercial projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP-based inventory systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability

Qualification

• Minimum HSC / Diploma (Graduation preferred)
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Construction site stores

Experience Requirement

• 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper in residential and commercial construction projects
