Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and maintain construction materials and inventory at our site in Chetpet, Chennai. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store construction materials and tools
• Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock
• Issue materials as per site requirements and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of materials
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material requirements
• Conduct regular stock checks and support audits
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any basic degree or diploma (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory handling
• Freshers with basic knowledge of stock management are welcome
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or manual registers
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
