Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities: UAE Experience in 3 years)

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Store materials in designated locations and maintain organised inventory.
  • Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site teams or departments as per requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, inventory logs, and material movement reports.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or reorder requirements.
  • Ensure materials are stored safely and comply with safety and handling regulations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
  • Report any discrepancies, damaged, or expired items to the supervisor.

Requirements & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper in construction
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock-keeping procedures.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
