Job Title: Storekeeper
Job Responsibilities: UAE Experience in 3 years)
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store materials in designated locations and maintain organised inventory.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site teams or departments as per requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory logs, and material movement reports.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or reorder requirements.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and comply with safety and handling regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged, or expired items to the supervisor.
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications preferred).
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper in construction
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock-keeping procedures.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
