Job Title: Senior Store Keeper / Inventory SpecialistRole Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Store Keeper to manage our warehouse operations. In this role, you won’t just be monitoring stock—you’ll be responsible for the integrity of our entire supply chain at the ground level. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and leading junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of all goods. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical audits.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing shipments using our ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Space Optimization: Design and implement efficient shelving and labeling systems to maximize warehouse footprint.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and manage the Return to Vendor (RTV) process.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA or local equivalents) and ensure the warehouse is clean and hazard-free.
• Reporting: Generate weekly reports on stock levels, "dead stock," and replenishment needs to assist the procurement team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a warehouse or storekeeping role (preferably in [insert your industry, e.g., Construction, Retail, or Manufacturing]).
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate a warehouse environment, climb ladders, and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
• Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator license is highly preferred.
• The "Soft" Skills: Sharp analytical thinking, a "safety-first" mindset, and the ability to work under pressure during peak shipping seasons.
