Storekeeper

Job Purpose:

Maintaining accurate inventory control and managing the stock of the warehouse and related supplies

Description:

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Receive deliveries of beverages, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.

• Unload and store beverages in a safe and organized manner, following proper rotation and temperature control procedures (especially for perishable beverages)

•Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

• Prepare and submit requisitions for new stock based on established minimum inventory levels and Sales needs.

• Issue beverages and supplies to authorized personnel upon request, ensuring proper documentation.

•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area for all beverages and supplies.

Qualification:

High school or diploma

Experience:

0 - 1 year supply chain management.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
