Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper with a background in the Food & Beverage industry. The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling all food items, raw materials, and consumables, while ensuring stock accuracy, hygiene standards, and smooth coordination with operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify food items and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Ensure proper storage of food items in compliance with F&B standards, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing stock
• Follow FIFO and FEFO methods for stock issuance and rotation
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock to management
• Issue materials to kitchen and operations teams as per approved requests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in the Food & Beverage industry
• Knowledge of food storage, hygiene, and inventory control procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills
