Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage site store operations for a high-rise building construction project. The candidate must have at least 1 year of UAE construction industry experience and be well-versed in handling construction materials, ERP-based inventory systems, site documentation, and coordination with site engineers, procurement, and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site store operations for high-rise building construction projects
• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and ERP entries
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and safety of all materials at the site store
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and foremen against approved material requisitions (manual and ERP-based)
• Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and ERP inventory records
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, stock movement reports, and consumption reports
• Perform regular physical stock checks and monthly inventory reconciliation using ERP systems
• Monitor material consumption and report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or slow-moving items
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and head office for material planning and replenishment
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and store reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures at the site store
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Storekeeper in a building construction company
• Experience in high-rise or multi-storey building projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of civil, finishing, MEP, and general construction materials
• Hands-on experience with ERP software for inventory and store management

(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Focus, or other construction ERP systems)

• Strong computer skills including:
• MS Excel (stock tracking, reports, basic formulas)
• MS Word (documentation, reports)
• Basic email and system-based communication
• Ability to prepare accurate inventory, GRN, issue, and reconciliation reports
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Physically fit and capable of working at construction sites

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UAE construction site practices and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
• Ability to work independently at site office level
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling audits, internal checks, and material inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
