Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Store Keeper with a strong background in the contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site materials, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting site operations by maintaining smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store construction materials and tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital systems.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards within the store area.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper in the constracting sector (preferred 2–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
• Excellent record‑keeping and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Good communication skills.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training in storekeeping or logistics is an advantage.
