Role Overview

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Storekeeper to manage daily inventory operations and ensure all stock is properly received, stored, and issued. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability while supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries and invoices
  • Ensure proper storage of food, beverage, and operational supplies following hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies immediately
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements daily
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams for stock issuance
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures are always followed
  • Keep storerooms clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management
