Job description

We are a manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, looking for an experienced storekeeper.

• With at least 2-3 years working experience in the same field
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or any ERP system
• Minimum of high school or vocational graduate.
• Good at MS Office/Computer Literate
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Knowledge in SAP B1 is an advantage.
• With UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Material Issuance to production.
• Conducted regular physical inventory counts and reconciled discrepancies,
• maintaining accurate records and supporting audit processes
• Maintaining stock level and prepares Purchase Requisition (PR)
• Counting quantity of received purchased items.
• Stocks arrangement, maintaining store neatly and properly.
• Packing items for dispatch as per JO requirements.
• Goods Receipt Note entry to ERP system
• Prepares Delivery Note and Invoices of orders to be dispatch
• Handover of shipment to courier.Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Storekeeper: at least 2 years (Required)
