Storekeeper - Facility Management and Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring material movement, and ensuring proper storage and availability of all assets. This role requires an agile, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage store operations and support project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store all incoming materials, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock in, stock out, and current inventory levels.
• Manage inventory across multiple store locations, ensuring proper tracking and coordination.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials to maximize space and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively raise requisition requests to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material delivery and dispatch.
• Maintain records of company assets, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare periodic inventory and asset reports for management.
• Ensure stores are clean, secure, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support site or operational teams with urgent material requirements when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma (relevant field preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in construction, fit-out, or maintenance industry.
• Experience managing multiple store locations or site stores.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (Excel or ERP systems).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle materials when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
