Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper to manage material inventory and store operations for our Interior Fit-Out / Joinery projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling fit-out and joinery materials and strong knowledge of inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials related to fit-out and joinery works
• Maintain proper storage of materials such as plywood, MDF, hardware, fittings, tools, and finishes
• Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN)
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based)
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform procurement for re-ordering
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper material labeling
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Handle material returns and damaged goods properly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in Interior Fit-Out or Joinery Company
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and joinery materials
• Experience in ERP or inventory management systems
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
• Knowledge of Dubai construction site practices
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of material coding and FIFO method
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with UAE HSE standards
