Storekeeper – Inventory Control & Logistics

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, stock movement, and logistics operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper storage, coordinating deliveries, and supporting smooth supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software or manual systems
  • Issue materials as per approved requests
  • Organize and maintain proper storage and labeling of items
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams
  • Manage dispatch, packing, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure proper handling of fragile and high-value items
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
  • Prepare inventory, logistics, and movement reports
  • Handle returns, damages, and replacements efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in storekeeping, inventory, or logistics
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and Excel
  • Understanding of FIFO, stock rotation, and warehousing practices
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move stock items when required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and documentation
