Storekeeper - Landscaping

• Receive, examine, and store incoming material and product shipments.
• Use inventory management software to keep accurate and current inventory records..
• Manage and arrange the storage area to guarantee effective use and simple item access.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
• Prepare and process orders for delivery in the site, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with records.
• Address and settle shipment problems or disparities in inventory counts.
• Verify that the storage facility complies with health and safety laws.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their inventory needs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly storage environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• prior experience in landscaping industry in UAE.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
