Core Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and properly store MEP and Civil materials, tools and equipment according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all materials and assets, track movements and ensure proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely supply of materials and replenishment of stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on stock status, asset movement, consumption and pending requisitions.
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions for materials, tools and equipment required by the project.
- Process and issue materials to project teams based on approved MRs.
- Support the creation and follow-up of LPOs for procurement of materials and tools.
- Prepare and verify GRNs for all incoming materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage and maintenance of all items; follow safety and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all materials, assets and documentation comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with site stores regarding daily material-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' of UAE experience as a Storekeeper, ideally in construction or MEP.
- Familiarity with ERP/PACT inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with multiple teams.
