Storekeeper Duties
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Issue materials to project teams based on approved requests
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of items
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams on replenishment needs
- Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards
Timekeeper Duties
- Record employee attendance and working hours accurately
- Monitor worker arrival, departure, and break times
- Prepare, verify, and submit daily/weekly time reports
- Coordinate with HR and payroll on attendance discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of timekeeping records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper, Timekeeper, or in a similar role (ideally in construction/EPC environment)
- Good understanding of inventory control and timekeeping principles
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
