Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Store Keeper/Jr. Procurement Officer to join our contracting company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and materials management, preferably within the construction/contracting sector.

Store Keeper/Jr. Procurement Officer with a strong background in Joinery and MEP materials, along with hands-on experience in PO (Purchase Order) and LPO (Local Purchase Order) preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, tools, and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials related to Joinery and MEP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) as per project requirements.
• Verify material requisitions, quotations, and supplier information before preparing POs/LPOs.
• Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procurement and store transactions.
• Ensure the store is organized and complies with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in procurement in the UAE.
• Experience in a contracting/construction company is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of materials used in construction projects.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
