Stores Assistant - DWC

JOB PURPOSE:

ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified Stores Assistant to fill a vacancy within the Stores Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Engages with local purchases and other outside activities, including documentation approval process with government agencies.
  • Cleans and ensures all Stores areas are always clean and tidy.
  • Helps with loading, unloading, transferring, packing and unpacking of goods.
  • Assists Parts and Tools Counter.
  • Checks inventory of parts and tools.
  • Files documents as required.
  • Scan documents as required.
  • Takes on other duties and responsibilities as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

• High school level or higher education.
• Three years experience in local procurement of commercial materials, preferably for aviation MRO.
• Experience with local government approvals and clearances.
• Possess a UAE Driving License (Heavy vehicle driving license is desirable).
• Experience in operating forklifts and driving all types of vehicles, including trucks.

Desirable

• Knowledge of aircraft parts warehousing, counter management and handling practices.
• Knowledge of Dubai Airports airside driving requirements.
• Experience with operating computer systems.
