Function:
To support the efficient management of store operations through receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory items in accordance with institutional procedures, ensuring accuracy, stock availability, and proper inventory control.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies in accordance with approved procedures.
• Store and organize inventory items to ensure proper handling, labeling, and accessibility.
• Issue materials and supplies to departments based on approved requests and stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions within the system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and user departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment needs.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and institutional policies.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and stock movement documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Stores Supervisor.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
