Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator with a flair for scriptwriting and visual storytelling to join our creative team. This person will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing content across multiple platforms – from reels, campaigns, and brand films to product storytelling and founder-led content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging scripts and storyboards for short-form videos, brand campaigns, product launches, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and production teams to execute visual storytelling aligned with brand values.
• Lead content ideation for reels, YouTube shorts, Instagram, website videos, and email campaigns.
• Research and incorporate fashion trends, cultural themes, and consumer insights into storytelling.
• Write clear, emotionally resonant copy that reflects both Khadi Sadan’s traditional ethos and the e-commerce fashion brand’s modern aesthetic.
• Direct and produce on-location shoots or work with production partners to bring stories to life.
• Maintain a content calendar and contribute to monthly content strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, scriptwriting, or visual storytelling (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or heritage brands).
• Strong portfolio of written and video content (scripts, reels, interviews, brand videos, etc.).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest).
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and design sensibilities in fashion and culture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic video editing or coordination with video editors is a plus.

Bonus:

• Experience working with artisan brands, sustainable fashion, or culture-forward businesses.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (for bilingual content creation).
