Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Account Coordinator to manage one of our most important client relationships. This role serves as the central point of contact for all internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination of deliverables, requests, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Minimum Requirements:

Education-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Training & Experience-

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services.
  • Prior account management experience supporting Walmart and or Sam's Club.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex relationships.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts in the food industry or CPG sector.
  • Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, and retail operations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Track and manage all client requests, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment across departments (sales, operations, marketing, finance).
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns.
  • Create and manage project timelines and task lists.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client service.
  • Implement tools and systems to streamline coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
