Redblue is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Account Manager to support our HVAC maintenance clients. This role maintains communication between our clients and our teams and advocates on their behalf. The main goal of this role client retention and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet with clients quarterly or more often as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, sales, operations) to ensure efficient service and upsell/cross-sell follow-through.

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Self motivation and is comfortable working autonomously.
  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or dispatch in a service-based environment (HVAC or trades preferred).
  • Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Excel, computers/technology in general.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to help others within the development team.
