has arisen in our organization to strengthen the Financial Planning & Analysis team and to support the design and delivery of business specific solutions for the related fields within the Company. Ability and skill sets which the candidates should have are listed below in an order from required to preferred.
Qualifications:

Min. 4-5 years of experience in Finance, accounting or other related departments,
-
Commission accrual, account reconciliation and collection process knowledge at insurance sector is a value,
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly at excel),
-
Self-starter, problem solver, analytical thinking profile,
-
Able to work under strict deadlines,
-
Audit experience at Finance or Healthcare market would be an asset,
-
Competence of using Power BI or Hyperion software
Responsibilities:

Strong and close relationships with Company’s strategic alliances
-
Monitoring of “current account” activities of distribution channels and strategic alliances.

Monitoring, controlling and reporting of commission payment process to distribution channels and strategic alliances.
-
Performing ratio analysis based on commission performance. Quality check and controlling analysis regarding the performance of the related portfolio (insurance contracts).

Monitoring of potential changes and updates to insurance contracts, and implement the necessary policy revisions in the operations conducted,
-
Agency account reconciliation related to commission accounts,
-
Monitoring of receivables from strategic alliances, preparing receivables related reports such as ageing, overdue etc.

Working on the development and automation of current business process.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial presentations,
