Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join a high-impact project team
with a leading top-tier management consulting firm. The role involves working
closely with executive stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives across
multiple business domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in strategy
formulation, project management, and cross-functional leadership—demonstrating a
proven record of managing complex engagements within the Middle East consulting
landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives, business
transformation programs, and performance improvement frameworks.
Lead project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of strategy
engagements, workstreams, and deliverables.
Collaborate with senior executives and government or corporate clients to
identify strategic challenges and co-create actionable solutions.
Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, financial modeling, and
organizational assessments to support business decisions.
Translate strategic recommendations into operational roadmaps and
KPIs aligned with client objectives.
Manage consulting teams in a client-facing environment, providing leadership,
guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders,
demonstrating a deep understanding of both commercial and cultural
dynamics in Qatar and the GCC.
Communicate insights and findings through clear, compelling presentations
and reports, tailored for executive audiences.
Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure alignment across
multiple project teams and functional areas.
Required Qualifications and Experience
10–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, or
corporate transformation.
Proven background with leading management consulting firms such as BCG,
Bain, Kearney, Arthur D. Little, Roland Berger, Oliver Wyman, or top-tier Big
Four firms (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY).
Strong project management capabilities and experience overseeing multiple
concurrent workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders with empathy, influence,
and high emotional intelligence.
Fluent Arabic speaker with strong business communication skills; English
proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics,
Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Attributes
Previous experience in Qatar or GCC-based consulting engagements.
Exposure to government transformation projects, economic diversification, or
public-sector strategy design.
Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset, capable of navigating
complex organizational structures.
