Hiring: Strategic Consulting - Middle East (UAE - Dubai)

We are seeking exceptional early- and mid-career professionals with a deep academic and cultural grounding in the Middle East to join a discreet strategic consulting firm operating across the region.

The ideal candidate will have studied Middle Eastern politics, international relations, history, or a related field with a genuine intellectual curiosity about the region's dynamics - political, social, and commercial.

We are open to profiles from across the spectrum:

• 2-5 years' experience - early career analysts or associates with research and writing depth.
• 5-10 years' experience - consultants, advisors, or project managers with exposure to policy, risk, or foreign affairs.
• 10-15 years' experience - senior professionals with client facing expertise, regional networks, and advisory experience.

We are particularly interested in:

• Academics, diplomats, NGO professionals, journalists, and political operators who understand how influence and decision making work in the region.
• Individuals who have lived, studied, or worked across the Middle East or North Africa, or Western educated Arabs with strong regional networks.
• Britons or Europeans with Arabic language skills or significant Middle Eastern exposure, able to bridge cultures and communicate with nuance.

You'll bring intellectual rigour, discretion, and curiosity - able to research deeply, think strategically, and turn insight into commercial or political advice for senior decision makers.
