We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Enterprise Sales Acquisition professional to join our team at Paymob, a leading player in the FinTech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise-level clients and developing strategic relationships that will enhance our market position and drive long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial technology solutions, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and be passionate about helping clients succeed.
Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire Enterprise and Mega Merchants across various industries (retail, e-commerce, F&B, telecom, logistics, pharma, etc.).

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of high-value prospects.

Conduct in-depth meetings to understand merchant needs and propose tailored Paymob solutions (POS, online payments, payment APIs, multi-branch settlements, etc.).

Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals.

Manage high-level stakeholders (C-level, Head of Operations, Finance Directors, IT teams).

Navigate long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Maintain strong post-acquisition relationships to ensure activation and revenue generation.

Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial structuring.

Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams on agreements.

Analyze merchant transaction volumes, industry trends, and revenue opportunities.

Partner with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to ensure smooth integration and onboarding.

Coordinate implementations for complex, multi-branch setups.

Provide insights to enhance enterprise product features and services.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Corporate Business Development, or B2B Acquisition.

Background in fintech, payments, banking, telecom enterprise, SaaS, FMCG key accounts, or large corporate sales.

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of payment solutions.
