Be a Strategic Partner: understand the business vision and priorities and align tasks with strategic goals.

Program Management of Strategic Initiatives: coordinate projects, track progress, and manage resources, ensuring key initiatives move forward smoothly. Lead key specific projects delegated to you, including lead the set-up and starting stage for key projects.

Prepare High-level Briefings: prepare materials for board meetings, client pitches, progress reports and other high-stakes discussions by conducting research and analyzing data.

Proactive Support: manage communication ensuring efficient information flow; handle situations and tasks, even complex ones, without explicit instructions. Be a Problem Solver. Handle sensitive information. Act as a proxy in certain meetings, communications, or less critical decision-making processes. Manage internal and external relationships by maintaining a database of key contacts and tracking their activities as well as build and nurture important relationships on behalf of the executive
