- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key clients to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts
- Analyze market trends, client performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Forecast revenue and track performance against goals
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and uncover new opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, customer success) to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
- Advocate for client needs internally to improve offerings and service delivery
- Coordinate resources and ensure seamless execution of account strategies
- Monitor KPIs and account health metrics
- Prepare and present reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals, pricing, and service agreements
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability goals
- Manage risk and compliance within account agreements
