Job Summary
The Strategic Marketing Manager for Antoine’s Restaurant is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, strengthen customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role combines creative vision with analytical expertise to deliver innovative campaigns, optimize digital marketing efforts, and ensure brand alignment across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans and calendars that support brand awareness, guest acquisition, and achievement of budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, track performance, and report insights to leadership.
  • Brand Management
  • Oversee and safeguard Antoine’s brand identity across all touchpoints — including digital, print, in-restaurant materials, and external communications.
  • Ensure brand messaging reflects the restaurant’s heritage, fine dining standards, and innovative spirit.
  • Campaigns & Content
  • Create engaging promotional campaigns, storytelling content, and creative materials for digital, social media, website, email, and print.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Collaboration & Events
  • Partner with culinary and beverage teams on core menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events.
  • Coordinate marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and community collaborations to elevate brand visibility.
  • Guest Insights & Market Intelligence
  • Analyze guest segments and develop targeted programs to increase traffic, loyalty, and average check.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive trends and best practices in fine dining, hospitality, and the New Orleans culinary landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably with hospitality, fine dining, or luxury brand environments.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and the New Orleans dining scene.

Job Type: Full-time
