Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the full marketing strategy and execution of the clinic’s brand. This role focuses on advertising, digital marketing, content, and analytics — not sales or team supervision.
You’ll collaborate closely with the telemarketing and sales departments to ensure lead quality, optimize campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and execute the clinic’s marketing strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
  • Manage monthly marketing calendar — campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Align marketing activities with clinic goals and patient experience standards.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
  • Oversee creative production (visuals, videos, copywriting, landing pages).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI and CPL (cost per lead).
  • Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed (designers, ad specialists, PR).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report key marketing metrics: leads, conversion rates, ROI, and cost per lead.
  • Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the telemarketing department to improve results.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee social media content, newsletters, and SMS/email marketing campaigns.
  • Update and manage the clinic website and landing pages (SEO + user experience).
  • Support photo/video production for social and digital campaigns.

Market Research & Innovation

  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep Aesthetemed at the forefront of medical aesthetics marketing.
  • Propose new ideas, channels, and campaigns to grow brand awareness and attract new patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing, preferably in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and telemarketing teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
