Strategic Operations Manager

ReAlign is a mission-driven startup at the intersection of AI, behavioural science, and emotional wellbeing . We’re building a mobile app and coaching platform that helps people create real, lasting change, combining wisdom traditions as science-backed tools. Our vision is to make deep healing and alignment accessible, scalable, and global .

We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and deeply committed to building both impact and scale. We’re seeking a hands-on operations & strategy partner to work closely with our founder, and play a pivotal role in building the systems, rhythms, and clarity that help our small team thrive.

What You'll Do

As Head of Operations, you’ll be the systems architect and integrator who ensures ReAlign runs with clarity, rhythm, and efficiency. Your goal is to free the founder from operations , build automation-first systems, and prepare the company for efficient, global scale .

You’ll translate vision into structured execution, design frameworks that reduce complexity, and make sure every part of the business runs smoothly without bottlenecks.

• Turn vision into action by shaping quarterly/weekly roadmaps.
• Build and streamline ops & automation systems in Notion , Zapier/n8n, and Google Workspace.
• Keep projects on track across product, marketing, and creative.
• Support the CEO with calendar, priorities, comms, and strategic briefs.
• Run team syncs, document decisions, and clear blockers quickly.
• Maintain the flow of communication across Slack, WhatsApp, and email.
