Strategic Partnerships and Funding Consultant (Remote | Commission-Based)
Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC is seeking an experienced, highly independent contractor to help secure funded partnerships for our remote caregiver coaching and behavioral support services across multiple U.S. states.
This is not an entry-level role and is not a traditional salaried position.
We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how to navigate organizations such as school districts, nonprofits, youth/community programs, attendance/truancy initiatives, workforce-development systems, or other publicly funded/community-based organizations.
About Us
We provide remote caregiver coaching and behavioral support services to families using licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our services focus on practical outcomes for families and children, including:
- Homework completion
- Parent follow-through and consistency
- Listening and cooperation at home
- School attendance and truancy reduction
- Daily routines and independence
- Teen employment readiness
- Caregiver coaching and family functioning
We are currently expanding beyond our existing funding model and are looking to build strategic partnerships with organizations interested in supporting families through evidence-based behavioral services.
Potential partnership and funding opportunities may include:
- Public school districts
- Attendance and truancy initiatives
- Community schools programs
- Nonprofits serving children and families
- Youth mentoring and workforce-development programs
- Family-support organizations
- Juvenile justice diversion programs
- Community-based grant-funded initiatives
- Local government and public-sector programs
- Organizations already receiving federal, state, nonprofit, or community grant funding related to youth, families, attendance, education, or behavioral support services
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership and funding opportunities
- Research organizations and programs aligned with our services
- Conduct outreach to school districts, nonprofits, and organizations
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Schedule and attend virtual meetings
- Identify RFPs, grants, and funding opportunities
- Help position our services for external funding support
- Collaborate directly with the owner regarding growth strategy
This Role Is Probably NOT a Fit If
- You require constant supervision or daily direction
- You are looking for guaranteed hourly pay
- You are uncomfortable initiating outreach independently
- You have no experience with partnerships, outreach, contracts, or funding development
- You expect pre-built leads or scripts
- You are looking for an administrative assistant role

Compensation
This is a commission/success-fee-based 1099 contractor role.
There is no hourly compensation.
Compensation is tied directly to funded partnerships or signed contracts secured through your efforts.
Compensation varies depending on contract size and scope.
There is no cap on earnings.
Important Notes
We are intentionally looking for quality over quantity.
Applicants with direct experience in partnerships, funding development, public-sector outreach, school systems, nonprofit development, or contract acquisition are strongly preferred.
