About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to oversee a U.S. territory for our hospitality platform client. This role combines strategic program management, community engagement, and business development to drive growth and success for property managers. The ideal candidate will bring executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and scale community initiatives while representing the program to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Design, pilot, and launch strategic growth initiatives from conception to evaluation
  • Own territory performance metrics and conduct weekly business reviews (WBRs)
  • Analyze regional trends and identify scalable growth opportunities
  • Develop and lead community programs including webinars, workshops, and educational content
  • Execute both virtual and in-person community events to drive engagement and success

Community Leadership

  • Create effective communication strategies for community engagement and education
  • Serve as the primary representative for community programs to both users and stakeholders
  • Establish feedback channels to gather insights for product and program improvements
  • Lead presentations and facilitate meetings with executive stakeholders
  • Represent the program at community events (4-5 trips per year to supported territory)

Business Strategy

  • Take ownership of territory growth metrics and quality KPIs
  • Develop data-driven improvement initiatives to enhance community performance
  • Create strategic documentation and program designs to scale successful approaches
  • Present recommendations and program updates to senior leadership
  • Balance quantitative KPIs with qualitative program improvements

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales, or Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Experience managing community programs, preferably in marketplace or tech environments
  • Proven track record of driving growth and exceeding goals through strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling documentation
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into strategic initiatives
  • Self-starter who can flourish with minimal guidance and handle ambiguity
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (particularly Docs and Slides for documentation and presentations)
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Airtable is a plus
  • Comfortable adjusting to different time zones for stakeholder meetings

Key Details

  • Location: Remote (U.S.-based) with 4-5 trips per year to assigned territory
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (with strong potential for extension/conversion)
  • Pay Rate Range: $75-$90 per hour
  • Start Date: January 2026
