Role Objective

Biotrade Egypt LLC is seeking a highly analytical and visionary Strategic Planning Manager to drive our business growth across Qatar. Based in our Al Khor regional office, you will be responsible for developing long-term organizational goals, conducting market intelligence, and ensuring our operations align with the evolving needs of the medical and laboratory sectors in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the company’s 3-year and 5-year strategic plans to expand market share in the Qatar region.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive research on competitor activity and emerging trends in the medical and veterinary supply chain sectors.
• Operational Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable department-level KPIs and operational targets.
• Risk Management: Identify potential market risks and economic shifts, developing robust mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Financial Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance department to align strategic initiatives with annual budget cycles and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Present strategic progress and market outlooks to the Executive Board and regional partners.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or Finance.
• Experience: 10+ years in corporate strategy or business planning, with at least 4 years in a management capacity. Experience in the medical or industrial supply sector is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces) and advanced financial modeling.
• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level recommendations.
• Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous for regional coordination.
