The Specialist will be responsible for supporting the consultant and assist in:<ul><li>Carry out current state assessment and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis and PESTEL (Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Environmental and Legal) analysis.</li><li>Development of Strategic &amp; Operational plans and SMART Objectives, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).</li><li>Support in conducting researches and survey analysis.</li><li>Support in preparation of workshops.</li><li>Related projects/work as assigned.</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation creation tools</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Strategic Planning and Performance Management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
