Role Overview

This role works closely with leadership to turn problems into strategies, strategies into plans, and plans into measurable outcomes across our provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Design strategies to improve workflows, operations, and provider performance
• Develop frameworks to reduce errors, delays, and inefficiencies
• Align system capabilities with organizational goals
• Work with research, operations, and management teams to execute plans
• Monitor KPIs and produce strategic reports for leadership

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in healthcare operations or strategy (preferred but not required)
• Ability to build structured plans from complex information
