Role Summary:
Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) products help providers by creating actionable information to improve revenue cycle performance.

The Strategic Pricing Analyst supports the RCA Pricing Analytics team by preparing data and running the Pricing Analytics tool. The Strategic Pricing Analyst reports to the Director of Strategic Pricing and Analytics, as well as takes direction from other senior level team members, and works in conjunction with other Pricing Analytics team members within RCA

Role Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the Pricing Analytics product and the various department processes to work with and support RCA clients.
  • Review and prepare client monthly data files for modeling and quarterly monitoring reports.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Build and execute simple strategic pricing models.

Role Requirements:
  • Knowledge of managed care reimbursement OR hospital charge master/rev cycle
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with RCA clients in multiple forums, (Verbal, Written, Go-To-Meeting, Microsoft Teams) accurately and timely to work on projects, or resolving issues.
  • Must be able to utilize various tools to analyze, test and validate hospital revenue cycle data for RCA products and from other health information systems.
  • Must be able towork independently or in a group on multiple projects and manage their work to scheduled deadlines as well as maintain quality for assigned work.
  • Must be able to provide excellent and timely communication (written and verbal) on assigned projects, which includes progress, risks, issues, backload, and error resolution.
  • Must be able to make client presentations for the data requirements for RCA clients.
