• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics; additional Supply Chain/Purchasing education preferred
• Strong experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain, Sourcing & Contracting; Technical/Aviation sector background valued
• Project Management, Communication, Analytical thinking, Problem-Solving, Relationship Management, and Teamwork
• Proficient in databases; language skills English (C1), advance comminication skills verbally and written

Job Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, quality, and delivery performance
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities, drive sourcing initiatives, and recommend agreements
• Resolve supplier disputes and contract issues through strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement initiatives and support business objectives
• Monitor supplier performance via financial reviews, product quality checks, and customer feedback
