We are seeking an analytically rigorous and systems-oriented Executive Operations & Strategic Research Analyst to support senior leadership in business intelligence, product research, and strategic decision-making. This role bridges social insight with operational execution, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction, market positioning, and organizational strategy.
Candidates with academic training in Sociology and Gender Studies are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those with expertise in institutional analysis, social systems, inequality frameworks, and behavioural research.
Key Responsibilities
Business Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct structured market research and competitive landscape analysis
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory developments, and socio-economic drivers
- Prepare executive briefs, white papers, and strategic memos
- Evaluate emerging risks related to AI ethics, bias, governance, and compliance
- Support leadership in scenario planning and long term strategy modeling
Product Research & User Insight
- Design and execute qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, ethnographic analysis)
- Identify unmet user needs across demographic and identity segments
- Conduct inclusion and accessibility assessments
- Translate behavioral insights into product recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to refine feature strategy
Executive Operations Support
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
- Support cross-functional coordination across product, legal, compliance, and engineering
- Conduct operational audits to identify inefficiencies and risk exposure
- Prepare board level materials and data-driven reports
- Track product adoption patterns and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Technical Skills
- Data analysis (Python, R, or SQL preferred)
- Survey design and statistical interpretation
- Familiarity with AI systems and machine learning concepts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field
- Strong research methodology background (qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience in structured analysis and executive level reporting
- Advanced written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
