We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Strategic Business Analyst to support the Global Sales Operations team. This role focuses on validating performance data, analyzing global business trends, owning critical performance reporting, and producing insights that guide global decision-making. The position requires strong business acumen, precision, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. This is a business-focused analytical role rather than a technical development role.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical stakeholders, and strong alignment with cross-functional teams. High ownership, independence in a fast-paced global environment, and precision in managing KPIs, dashboards, and commissions workflows are key expectations for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze global sales performance, operational metrics, and forecast trends.
  • Identify business risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns across markets.
  • Summarize insights into clear, concise, decision-ready outputs for leadership.

Reporting Ownership:

  • Translate business questions into structured analytical tasks and deliverables.
  • Calculate commissions and support in performance tracking when needed.
  • Deliver clear, well-structured ad-hoc analyses in response to management requests.

Data Quality & Validation:

  • Validate KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for accuracy and consistency.
  • Flag data discrepancies, coordinate corrections, and escalate emerging risks when required.

Strategic Support & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Train teams on KPI definitions, data logic, and dashboard usage to ensure consistent interpretation across regions.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other teams to align metrics and reporting definitions.

Process & Operational Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data governance, strategic planning, and analytical efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Sales Operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Office-based role in Dubai.
