As the
Strategic Ventures & Partnerships Manager
, you will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of new business initiatives, from strategic concept development to market launch and post-launch performance tracking. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and executing new revenue streams that align with Getirfinans's growth strategy in the BaaS and fintech ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Opportunity Mapping:
Conduct comprehensive market, regulatory, and competitive analyses to identify new financial products, services, and potential strategic partnership opportunities within the fintech landscape.

Business Model Development:
Own the end-to-end creation of detailed business cases, financial models (ROI, projections), and comprehensive go-to-market strategies for approved ventures.

Strategic Partnership Management:
Negotiate, manage, and finalize agreements with potential strategic partners and technology providers, resulting in robust collaboration models.

Project Management and Execution:
Manage complex, cross-functional projects (involving tech, legal, operations, and compliance teams) from initiation to launch, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Team & Stakeholder Management:
Guide and mentor the Strategic Ventures & Partnerships Executive and ensure clear communication and alignment across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Min. 4-5 years of professional experience
, with a preference for
at least 2 years
in
Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, or Process Improvement
within the financial services sector or top-tier consulting firms.

A proven track record of successfully taking new products or business initiatives from concept to launch.

Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, and evaluating the commercial viability of strategic projects.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment, demonstrating a strong results-driven and proactive approach.

Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
