Our work spans market research reports, feasibility studies, business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and ongoing execution support.
Role Summary:
This role is for a structured thinker who can take an ambiguous client idea or a messy problem, and turn it into a clear, decision-ready strategic solution. You will not be “filling templates.” You will frame the real questions, find credible evidence, synthesize insights, and translate them into outputs that make sense.
Key Responsibilities

Problem framing and structure

Convert client conversations into 2–3 key business questions that must be answered

Build a clear report structure (table of contents + logic) before research begins

Define decision criteria: what evidence would make the opportunity a go / no-go
2/ Market and competitive research
-
Size markets (TAM/SAM/SOM where relevant), map trends, and identify growth drivers
-
Build competitor landscapes (direct/indirect), positioning, pricing comparisons, and differentiation logic

Research regulatory and operational constraints (where applicable) and explain implications for strategy
3/ Strategy development
-
Develop financially grounded strategies across GTM, acquisition channels, pricing, partnerships, product scope, and expansion

Translate research into clear recommendations and “what this means” insights
4/ Investor-ready deliverables

Contribute to market research reports, feasibility studies, business plans, pitch decks, teasers, and executive summaries

Write executive-level narratives with strong logic and minimal fluff

Coordinate with financial modeling and design to ensure story and numbers align
5/ Execution support (select projects)

Support monthly founder reviews by tracking progress vs plan, updating assumptions, and identifying next priorities

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

0–3 years experience (fresh grads welcome if they show strong thinking)

Strong analytical ability: comfort with assumptions, drivers, and basic business economics

Strong writing skills (English): can produce structured, clear narratives

Strong research skills: can find credible sources and cite properly

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple deliverables
Nice-to-haves

Case competitions, consulting club experience, investment research, or strategy roles

Familiarity with startup fundraising and investor expectations

Financial modeling exposure (driver-based modeling)

Experience with business plans, feasibility studies, or pitch decks
